The thrill of completing one development soon turned into the second, Oxford Street - July 2016. A 4 bedroom student property that the previous landlord had neglected for years. We put all our philosophies from our first development - open - plan social area, 50" TV, clean and modern furniture and a bright, light property to quickly turn around this in time for the 2016 academic year. With further developments in 2017 this in the property to snap up quickly.

Broad Street became our first property, after sourcing the market for Liberosis first property, the potential we both saw in this house persuaded us to make our first dip into the market. A house that had been derelict for years, we saw the potential to make this into a great student home. Purchasing this in November 2015, the first task was to rip out the interior and kitchen and clear a massively overgrown back yard. This back yard soon became the best garden in the Golden Triangle, with a decking area with a Table tennis table, BBQ and huge seating area. 3 bedrooms that had been empty, soon became the perfect student pad, 40" TV on the wall, massive desks, wardrobes to fit all the fancy dress and enhanced lighting. The final touch to our property was a large open - plan living/kitchen. We both feel the social space is a key to a student property so invested in making this area this perfect, huge sofas, 50" TV and access to the garden - perfect!
